A charge brought against the notorious Fascist, Robey Leibrandt, for using abusive language and making anti-Semitic threats in a holiday resort in Parys, in the Transvaal, was dismissed here today by a magistrate. The judge said that the government had not been able to prove that Leibrandt used incriminating terms when, addressing the government over a loudspeaker, he urged that the Jews be driven out of South Africa.

Leibrandt was granted amnesty last July from a prison sentence he was serving for wartime Nazi activities. Under cross-examination the defendant made insulting remarks against several witnesses and had to be called to order by the court repeatedly.
