President Johnson today appointed Dr. Abram Sachar. President of Brandeis University, to membership on the United States Advisory Committee on International Educational and Cultural Affairs. Dr. Sachar will succeed Dr. Royce E. Larson, of Fairfield, Conn. The nomination is subject to Senate ratification.
