The fifth annual meeting of the National Council of the Joint Defense Appeal will convens Nov. 10-12, at the Netherland-Plaza Hotel, it was announced today. The three-day parley, expected to draw a record attendance of more than 500 key Jewish civic, industrial and business leaders, will mark the opening of the J.D.A.’s tenth year of activity.
