The latest rift between Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion and Dr. Nahum Goldmann was discussed here today at a special meeting of the subcommittee for external affairs of the Joint Government-Jewish Agency Coordinating body which is under the chairmanship of Moshe Sharett, chairman of the Jewish Agency executive, and which includes seven members of the Zionist executive and seven Cabinet members.
A planned meeting between Dr. Goldmann and Foreign Minister Golda Meir, one of the Cabinet members who serves on the Coordinating body, has not yet materialized. It is also not certain yet whether Premier Ben-Gurion and Dr. Goldmann will meet.
