A credit of $275,000 for the Kassas, the Jewish cooperative loan associations in Poland, Lithuania and Roumania, was allotted by the Joint-Ica Foundation.
The allottment was made at a meeting of the council of the Foundation which was held at the office of the J. D. C. here.
In addition the council allotted the amount of $35,000 for Lithuania as a special fund for reorganizing the entire network of the cooperative Kassas which were lately in a difficult position.
