Dr. Jonah B. Wise will be the guest of honor at a banquet next Sunday, Nov. 23, at the Hotel Astor to celebrate the fifth anniversary of his incumbency as rabbi of Central Synagogue. Mrs. Isaac M. Wise, mother of Rabbi Wise, will be present at the banquet at which an attendance of 500 is expected. Max Schwartz is chairman of the dinner committee.
