Jonah J. Goldstein, New York attorney and communal worker, was appointed chairman of the forthcoming drive of the Jewish Education Association at the executive committee meeting of the association.
Mr. Goldstein succeeds Judge Otto A. Rosalsky, under whose chairmanship $500,000 was raised. The budget of the Association is devoted to defraying part of the operating expenses of Talmud Torahs and Jewish religious schools in greater New York City.
Mr. Goldstein had a prominent part in the $6,000,000 United Jewish Campaign in New York City.
