Jordan apologized today in the Jordan-Israel Mixed Armistice Commission to Israel for recent shooting incidents in the Jerusalem area and promised that there would be no recurrence of these incidents.
The apology was accepted by the Israeli representatives who expressed the hope that the Jordanians would rigorously enforce measures against border infiltrations.
