The Jordan Government is continuing its campaign of propaganda against Israel, charging continuous violation of its frontiers. Yesterday, at the most recent meeting of the Mixed Armistice Commission, the Arab state made five new complaints against the Jewish State.
Among the complaints listed by Jordan was the alleged violation of Jordan air space on two separate occasions by Israeli planes. One such flight is alleged to have included 29 planes and one to have been made by four Israel Spitfires. Others alleged that Israelis opened fire on Arab Legion posts in the Old City of Jerusalem and that Israelis threw stones at Jordanian guards on the wall of the Old City.
