Jordan’s King Abdullah II postponed a visit to the Palestinian Authority. Abdullah was to have flown to Ramallah on Sunday for talks with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas about a Saudi initiative for Arab-Israeli peace. But the trip was canceled due to bad weather, officials said. On Wednesday, Abdullah is scheduled to host Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Vice Premier Shimon Peres at a Nobel laureates’ conference in Petra.
