Joseph Schlossberg, General Secretary of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers Union, returned yesterday to this country from an extended visit to Palestine and Europe. Mr. Schlossberg was a member of the American-Jewish labor delegation which participated in the first world congress on behalf of Palestine Jewish labor.
Mr. Schlossberg spent five weeks in Palestine where he studied the life of the Jewish workers in the various workers’ colonies and institutions. Mr. Schlossberg expressed himself very enthusiastically over the things he saw during his Palestine stay. Mr. Schlossberg will report on his trip at a mass meeting which will be held next week under the auspices of the National Labor Committee on Behalf of the Palestine Jewish Workers.
