Joseph Varbalow, recently named District Court Judge, takes up his duties within a few days. Thirty-four years of age, Judge Varbalow served as Assistant Prosecutor of Camden County from 1923 to 1928 and succeeds Frank Neutze who was advanced to the Common Pleas bench.
He has long been actively identified with Y.M.-Y.W.H.A. affairs in this city. He graduated at law school of the University of Pennsylvania with highest honors.
