Joseph Wulf, West Berlin correspondent for the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, was awarded here today the annual Karl von Ossietzky Medal for a number of books dealing with the persecution of Jews and others in Germany by the Hitler regime. The award was made by the International League for Human Rights.
