Asserting that Arab witnesses were unmitigated liars and had obviously conspired to trump up a charge against innocent people and accuse them of foul crimes, Examining Magistrate Camp yesterday discharged five Jews charged with the murder of an Arab peasant during the attack on Beitvegan. The Jews were discharged after six hearing with Advocate Bernard Joseph appearing for the accused on behalf of the Legal Aid Committee.
