FEDERAL JUDGE JULIAN W. MACK HAS GIVEN UP HIS INTENDED TRIP ABROAD THIS SUMMER, DURING WHICH HE HAD EXPECTED TO ATTEND THE WORLD ZIONIST CONGRESS IN ZURICH, TO WHICH HE WAS ELECTED A DELEGATE, IT WAS REVEALED TODAY. JUDGE MACK DECIDED TO REMAIN IN NEW YORK TO EXPEDITE THE SETTLEMENT OF IMPORTANT QUESTIONS INVOLVED IN THE RECEIVERSHIP OF THE INTERBOROUGH RAPID TRANSIT COMPANY, OPERATOR OF NEW YORK SUBWAYS.
