Joseph G. Shapiro, Judge of the Shelton City Court, and senior member of the law firm of Shapiro, Goldstein and Brody, of Bridgeport, has been re-appointed to the Judicial Council of Connecticut by Chief Justice William M. Maltbie. Judge Shapiro was first appointed to the council in 1927 by former Chief Justice George W. Wheeler.
