If Magistrate Anna Moscowitz Kross “can’t take it,” she doesn’t have to, Supreme Court Justice Aaron Steuer ruled yesterday.
Magistrate Kross didn’t like the deportment of Assistant District Attorney Vincent A. Catoggio in her courtroom, and excluded him. District Attorney William #. Dodge thought Catoggio was doing all right.
“She can’t take it,” Dodge told newspapermen when the dispute went to the Supreme Court.
