(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

The Jugoslavian Minister here declared to the representative of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency that he considers it superfluous to deny the authenticity of a reported order, said to have been issued by a general in the Jugoslav army, barring Jews from the aviation schools as “an anti-national element.”

The Jews in Jugoslavia, the Minister declared, enjoy the rights of all other citizens. All public offices, both civil and military, are accessible to them.
