The Junior Federation of the Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities will hold its fifth annual charity ball at the Hotel Plaza, Saturday night, February 17, to raise money toward the Junior group’s quota in the spring campaign of the Brooklyn Federation. Ned L. Pines is chairman and Miss Viola D’Lugasch vice-chairman of the arrangements committee.
The Junior Federation will hold a smoker at the Unity Club, Bedford Avenue and Dean Street, Brooklyn, Tuesday night, January 23. Supreme Court Justice Mitchell May, president of the Federation, and Aaron L. Jacoby, register of Kings county, are scheduled to speak.
