Associate Justice William O. Douglas of the United States Supreme Court has accepted the national chairmanship of the American Histadrut Cultural Exchange Institute, it was announced here. There is a great deal that developed nations can learn from Israel. Among these is the role of the labor movement…” Histadrut is Israel’s labor federation.
