Thus far only four capital cases have been prepared at Hebron, where more than sixty Jews were murdered. One hundred and seventy Arabs are under arrest, of whom 60 were convicted for looting and sentenced to from £1 fine to six months imprisonment.
At Safed some ninety attackers were arrested. Only trials of minor cases have been begun.
