United States Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter, here on a holiday, and prominent British leaders were speakers last night at a dinner to raise funds to establish refugees at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. A total of $20,000 was pledged. The Archbishop of York presided, with other speakers including former Education Minister Herbert A.L. Fisher, Lord Samuel, Lord Reading and Humbert Wolfe, principal assistant secretary at the Ministry of Labor.
