Justice Minister Phollien announced today that Parliament has decided to open the Belgian frontier for four days to all German-Jewish refugees. Normal conditions will be resumed, he declared, with the resumption of Parliament on Tuesday. Three thousand persons attending a meeting of protest against the Nazi pogroms heard Chancellor Adolf Hitler branded as a “coward” by former Justice Minister De La Valeye.
