Justice Samuel Rosenman of the New York State Supreme Court has resigned his post to become legal adviser to President Roosevelt, the President announced at his press conference yesterday.
In making the announcement, Roosevelt said Judge Rosenman would assist him in the growing volume of quasi-legal matters being added to the duties of the Chief Executive, particularly in cases involving the draft deferment of federal employees and in reviewing court martial cases.
