Eliezer Kaplan, treasurer of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, left yesterday for the United States to assist Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Agency, in negotiations with Zionist leaders. He is expected to arrive in New York on the liner Washington on Feb. 4.
The visit is Mr. Kaplan’s first to the United States. He will attend the National Conference for Palestine at Washington, D.C., on Feb. 6 and 7.
