Katriel Katz, Israel’s former Ambassador to Poland and the Soviet Union. was among 121 passengers who survived the crash here yesterday of a BOAC Jet airliner bound for Tel Aviv and Australia. Mr. Katz. who is chairmen of the Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. was hospitalized with a broken leg and a broken wrist but was otherwise reported well and in good spirits.
