Kenyan President Daniel Arap Moi was in Israel this week to undergo cataract surgery at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem.
A statement from the Kenyan Embassy said that Moi visited holy sites in Jerusalem shortly after his release from the hospital.
During what the embassy described as primarily a private visit to Israel, Moi met with Prime Minister Shimon Peres and President Ezer Weizman.
