The Israel Government has begun accepting bids for lease space in warehouses and plants in the Kishon River Project, port area adjoining the Haifa port, which is nearing completion after three years of construction. Some 3,000 square meters is available for lease.
“When the harbor project is complete ships will be able to come up the Kishon River mouth to safe anchorages. The project includes dose to 2,000 feet of breakwater and a channel just as long and 20 feet deep. It will also have a dam to regulate the level of water in the harbor.
