The girl, an “Aryan”, was willing. The youth, a Jew of 18, was willing. So they kissed. But somebody told and today the Jewish youth began a three-month term in a Darmstadt jail.
The court, according to Berlin newspaper reports of the case, in sentencing the youth ruled as follows:
“Although the girl wanted to be kissed, the accused should have known that in these days no such tenderness (between Jews and “Aryans”) is permitted.”
