Senator Julian Klotz, well known French Jewish statesman, Minister of Finance, in 1917, was taken to a sanatorium for mental diseases.
It was declared that M. Klotz is suffering from overwork and worry over financial difficulties which befell him due to recent hazardous undertakings.
