He spoke at the tenth annual awards luncheon of the “Women’s Division of the American Friends of the Hebrew University, at which the division’s “Women of the Year” award was presented to Mrs. Katherine Louchheim, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs of the U. S. State Department for her work and leadership in national and international affairs.
