Philip M. Klutznick, former United States representative on the United Nations Economic and Social Council and a past president of the B’nai B’rith, has been named chairman of the board of overseers of the recently established Lemberg Center for the Study of Violence at Brandeis University. The Center will study the incidence of violence in American society.
