The Knesset’s Judiciary Committee today completed its deliberations on the draft bill giving the Jewish Agency a legal status in Israel. It was learned that the majority had agreed to several changes in the measure, all of which received the consent of the Agency. The minority’s objections to the bill will be brought to the floor of Parliament.
