For at least the second time in resent days, a Jewish family in Moscow has been denied exit visas and told to apply again a year later. Councilor Leslie Donn told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency yesterday that Ilya and Lydia Korenfeld had told him of the rebuff to them and their two children by the Appeals Committee. Last Friday, the four-member Slepak family was similarly treated. Donn had written to Soviet President Nikolai V. Podgorny for his aid in effecting the Korenfelds’ release.
