The will of Louis N. Kramer, retired banker and miner, filed in Surrogate’s Court on Thursday, bequeaths $100,000 to the Mt. Sinai Hospital for the endownment of “a ward containing at least twelve beds to be maintained in perpetuity and to be known as the Louis N. Kramer Memorial.” One Catholic and two Jewish charitable organizations in Scranton, Pa., where Mr. Kramer was born, receive legacies of $5,000 each. Mr. Kramer, whose estate is estimated at $1,000,000, was killed when he plunged from the his apartment on the twelfth floor, May 1.
