Dr. and Mrs. Isaac Newton Kugelmass of New York, who were married last Saturday, are on their honeymoon at White Sulphur Springs, Va. They will return here in a few weeks.
The ceremony was performed by Deputy City Clerk Philip A. Hines at the Marriage License Bureau in the Municipal Building. Two clerks acted as witnesses.
The bride, thirty-one, was formerly Dr. Ella Fishberg, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Maurice Fishberg of 1136 Fifth avenue. She is chief of the chemical laboratories at the Beth Israel Hospital.
Dr. Kugelmass, son of Maurice and Sarah Shapiro Kugelmass, is thirty-eight and a practicing pediatrician at 1060 Park avenue. He is a member of the staffs of the Fifth Avenue Hospital,
