Mayor LaGuardia on Friday accepted two tickets for himself and Mrs. LaGuardia to attend the testimonial dinner being given November 11 by the Beth David Hospital to Israel Sachs in recognition of the work he has done for that institution over a period of many years.
Charles D. Loventhal, chairman of the dinner committee, and Mrs. Ira Sobol, representing the ladies’ auxiliary of the hospital, made the presentation in the Mayor’s office.
