Label A. Katz, president of the Jewish Welfare Fund of New Orleans and international chairman of the B’nai B’rith Youth Commission, has been named to the 1956 national cabinet of the United Jewish Appeal. Mr. Katz is a member of the national council of the Joint Distribution Committee and is active in the Anti Defamation League.
