The International Labor Confederation has asked the Soviet Union to free Silva Zalmanson Kuznetsov, a 27-year-old defendant in the Leningrad hijack trial now serving a ten-year sentence at hard labor. The text of a letter sent to Soviet Premier Alexei Kosygin several days ago was released today by the Confederation which has its world headquarters here. It demanded Mrs. Kuznetsov’s release from prison and granting her an exit visa so she may emigrate to Israel.
