The Nazis have discovered Palestine, it was revealed here today.

A sudden curious interest in the Jewish National Home in the Holy Land, and speculation on the possibility of Jewish success in the Near East, led Propaganda Minister Goebbels to dispatch the best writer on the staff of Der Angriff to Palestine.

As a result of the Nazi correspondent’s investigation, the first of a series of articles on Jewish Palestine, appeared today in Dr. Goebbels’ paper. The conclusion of the first article is that not the Jews and not the Arabs, but England, is holding Palestine; which the writer characterizes as “the most unsafe corner in the Orient.”

Displaying an excellent knowledge of Palestinian affairs and of the Zionist movement as a whole, the opening article praised the activities of the young Jews who go to Palestine to work on the land and at hard physical labor.
