Foreign consuls stationed in Palestine today delivered a sharp protest to the Palestine government against the refusal to allow non-British firms doing business in the country to buy land in the industrial section near the newly-built Haifa harbor.

The protest pointed out that the Palestine Mandate specifically forbade making distinctions in favor of any one country, but provides for equal facilities for all.
