A. D. Lasker, Jewish philanthropist and civic leader, yesterday was named a vice-president of the executive committee of the Community Fund of Chicago, an organization which gathers contributions for the Allied Charities of Chicago. Edward L. Ryserson Jr. was chosen president. Among the members of the executive committee is Sol Kline, president of the Jewish Charities of Chicago.
