Neville Laski, president of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, and James de Rothschild, Liberal M.P. and chairman of the Palestine Jewish Colonization Association, were named today to the Jewish negotiating committee scheduled to participate in the British-Arab-Jewish conference on Palestine opening here the week of Feb. 6.
