The last black-out regulations in Palestine will be lifted on August 10, marking the first time since June, 1940, when Italy entered the was, that Palestine will be without lighting restrictions of any kind. Householders were permitted to resume normal lighting several months ago, but vehicles were still restricted as were buildings directly on the coast.
