Egypt will not implement a cease-fire until all foreign troops are withdrawn from its soil, the Cairo Government announced late this evening according to a report received here. Meanwhile, a resolution prepared for tonight’s General Assembly session by the Afro-Asian bloc calls on Israel to withdraw from Sinai and asks for a UN report on the withdrawal within 24 hours.
