M. Radzianko, President of the last Russian Duma, died here Sunday.
M. Radzianko was born in 1859. He was first elected President of the Duma in Russia in 1911. He was re-elected twice afterwards. At the outbreak of the revolution in 1917 Radzianko was a leading figure among the deputies who decided to oppose the Imperial Order for a dissolution of the Duma.
