The German Government today published an order empowering the police to tell German Jews when they may or may not leave their homes and where they may or may not go, the Associated Press reported from Berlin. The regulation appeared in the Reichs Gesetzblatt (Official Gazette) under the heading, “Police Order Regarding the Appearance of Jews in Public.”
