A Jordan request for a Security Council meeting on Jerusalem, expected to be submitted today, did not materialize. A Jordanian spokesman said late this afternoon that no instructions had been received from Amman, and might not be received for as much as three days. His government, he said, was continuing to “contemplate seriously” a request for a Council session, presumably to be held next week.
