Decrees providing for the revision of citizenships of all persons who acquired citizenship after Nov. 14, 1918, or who lived on Jan. 1, 1938 in districts which on Dec. 30, 1938 were the territory of other countries will be published on Thursday, it was announced tonight. While making no distinction between citizens of various races, nationalities and religions, the decrees provide that all those denaturalized must leave the country in from one to six months.
