William Dudley Pelley, former leader of the anti-Semitic Silver Shirts, has asked the United States District Court here to order his parole from a 15-year term in Indiana prison. Pelley was convicted of violating sedition laws and was sentenced in August, 1942, becoming eligible for parole in August, 1947.
